What counts as one verification?
One KYC = one individual identity check (document scan + validation). One KYB = one business entity check. Retries of a failed submission count as a new verification.
Do unused verifications roll over?
No — your monthly bundle resets on your billing date. This keeps pricing predictable. If you’re consistently under-using, consider downgrading or switching to pay-as-you-go.
Can I start without a credit card?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with 25 test verifications — no card required. You’ll only be billed when you go live.
Where is verification data stored?
Documents are stored encrypted at rest on Azure or AWS (your choice) in your preferred region. You can request data deletion anytime via dashboard or API.
What’s the difference between KYC and KYB?
KYC verifies individuals — ID documents, liveness, address. KYB verifies companies — registration, directors, beneficial owners, AML screening.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Enterprise contracts have custom terms.
